Caffeine

Caffeine is one of the most reliable supplements for getting more out of your workouts. Dozens of studies have shown that it increases endurance capacity and it has also been shown to increase strength. Doses for caffeine as a pre-workout appear to be most potent between 200 and 400 mg, with 300 milligrams being the sweet spot.


 Our Pre-Workout Contains 300 milligrams of Caffeine. 

Niacin

Niacin is also Vitamin B3. This little beauty is thrown in for some health benefits and to ensure you are getting enough vitamin B3. Supplementing with niacin has been shown to increase HDL-C, which is known to reduce your risk of heart disease. It has also been shown to decrease triglycerides. No reason you can’t have a little health boost with your pre-workout.

Creatine Monohydrate


Creatine is hands down the most studied performance supplement on the market. It has decades of research showing benefit on workout capacity, strength, lean mass gains, and body composition. While it doesn’t necessarily need to be taken in a pre workout, a little bit extra in your daily dose helps top out your muscle creatine stores. A solid 5 to 7.5 grams of creatine a day is an effective dose.

Beta Alanine


Beta-alanine is second to creatine when it comes to being an effective performance supplement. Where creatine works in the 0-10 second training window, beta alanine kicks in during the longer workouts, that tap into your glycolytic system. 


Beta-alanine has been shown to increase performance in glycolytically demanding training sessions. 5 grams a day, spread out between 2-3 doses is an ideal way to dose and consume beta-alanine.

Acetyl L- Carnitine


L-carnitine can slightly increase your fat oxidation capacity and give you just a touch more energy. While it isn’t going to give you the same kick caffeine does, it can give you a little more stable, reliable energy. The standard effective dose of Acetyl L-Carnitine is between 650 to 2,500 mg.

Directions:  If this is your first time using pre-workout, assess your individual tolerance by mixing 1 scoop with 10-12 ounces of cold water and consuming 15-30 minutes prior to exercise. If you experience any non-optimum effects, stop and consult your doctor. We recommend taking 1 scoop 10-15 minutes prior to weight training or high cardio.  


Warning: This product is only intended for healthy adults, 18 years of age or older. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, currently taking PDE5 inhibitors, or nitrates for chest pain. Do not take this product before consulting with a licensed, qualified, healthcare professional if you were taking any other dietary supplement, prescription drug or over the counter medication, or if, you suspect you have been treated for, diagnosed with or have a family history of any medical condition. This product contains caffeine and should not be used in combination with caffeine or stimulants from other sources. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue use and contact a medical doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not use this product continuously for more than eight weeks. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children. This product is sold by weight, not volume. Some settling of powdered may occur during shipping and handling, which may affect density of powder. This product contains the servings indicated when measured exactly by weight.

Is it Just Overloaded With Caffeine?

Will it Make You Crash Afterwards?

Nope, because we use less caffeine in our original blend, there will be no crashing.

Jitters?

With low caffeine (less than a cup of coffee), you should not feel any jitters. If you do experience any jitters, try adding more water or use lower your serving size.

What if I Have a Heart Condition, Like an Irregular Heartbeat?

We aren’t saying you cannot take our pre-workout, but you need to visit a doctor before taking any of our products just to make sure you are ok. We want our members to keep safe!

How does Pre-Workout help prepare the muscles for a workout?

Great question! Inside our pre-workout we have tons of amino acids. Beta Alanine for example, will raise muscle carnosine concentrations, basically, that burning feeling you get while working out, it slows that down, which equals more reps. 

Can I drink this even if I consumed caffeine beforehand?

You can, but use caution with overdoing it with caffeine. Never want to consume too much caffeine throughout the day.

What type of workouts is NDSC Pre-Workout good for?

One of the great things about our pre-workout is that it improves performance in both anaerobic and aerobic exercise.Pre-workout is not just for weightlifting, you can take it before cardio as well. That means that you can take it before a weightlifting workout and see benefits like increased strength and muscle endurance as well as before a cardio session and see benefits like higher intensity and endurance. Any side effects I should expect if I have never taken your product before?

Do not get alarmed if you feel a tingling feeling. It is a harmless side effect from the beta alanine in our product.

I used to feel the effects, now I don’t? Does that mean I have a strong tolerance?

Maybe, if this happens, it’s because you have a high tolerance for caffeine. We suggest not having any caffeine on non-training days. This will bring your tolerance back down.
